Holistic Wellness

These supporting services align with our philosophy of proactive, holistic health care—addressing the root causes of discomfort and supporting overall well-being.

Enhanced Results

When combined with thermography monitoring, these therapies can help address inflammation and circulation issues identified in your thermal imaging results.

About Cold Laser Therapy

This therapy is trusted by the British and US military, Premier Division soccer teams, Olympic teams, Formula 1, rugby and cricket team therapists, as well as specialist pain clinics. Treatments can be a standalone service or combined with other therapies for enhanced results.

About Lymphatic Enhancement Therapy

Your lymphatic system plays a vital role in cleansing the body, maintaining fluid balance, and supporting a strong immune response. When the lymph system becomes sluggish or congested, you may notice symptoms such as swelling, fatigue, brain fog, chronic inflammation, or slower recovery from illness or injury.

During treatment, glass wands are used to follow lymph pathways and find and unblock congested areas. The practitioner uses these wands to gently encourage movement of the lymph system. Most people find the treatment extremely relaxing, while others find it energizing.

Session Duration: Approximately 30 minutes
Results: Many clients feel lighter, clearer, and more energized
